these are a huge hit in our house and a batch last about 10 minutes lol 
Cornflake Biscuits
125 g butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup sultanas or choc chips
1 cup SR flour
cornflakes
1 egg
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well. Fold in sifted flour alternately with fruit. Roll teaspoons of mixture in lightly crushed cornflakes. Put on greased trays, allowing room for spreading. Bake in moderate oven 10 to 15 minutes.
