Steamed Barramundi Parcels
These are so easy and versatile. You can add what ever veggies and herbs you like, it all depends on the flavor you like.
All you need is baking paper
Barramundi fillets or any other firm fish
Some finely sliced veggies
Some fresh herbs
And a couple tbls of a nice sauce
Simply place fillets in baking paper, add your veggies and herbs, and a little sauce.
Wrap them up so that your filling won't spill out and place them in a steamer. Steam until fish has cooked, approximately ten minutes.
Serve on it's own or with rice or pasta.

A few flavor and veggie suggestions
Asian - add a little fresh garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander along with some oyster sauce .
Italian - add some finely sliced fennel, fresh Roma tomatoes, a couple of lemon slices, dill, a small knob of butter and a dash of white wine.
Aussie - salt, pepper, lemon and dill. Serve with either a white sauce or hollandaise.
