choc brownies

these are so bad for you but soooooooooo good lol this is another fav in this house it come from coles catalogue a while ago i usually dont add the nuts as i have little ones and am a paranoid mum about choking haha

200g unsalted Butter
125g chocolate, chopped
2 cups suger
4 eggs
1 teasp vanilla essence
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa
125g Pecans, chopped.

Method
1. preheat oven to 180
2. Lightly grease and line a 180by280cm shallow cake pan
3. heas butter and chocolate in a saucepan, stiring with a wooden spoon
4. remove from heat. stir in sugar.
5. beat in eggs, one at a time
6. stir in Vanilla
7. sift in dry ingredents and mix.
8. stir in nuts.
9. pour into prepared pan and cook for 35 -40 min
10. Allow to cool compleately in pan, then cut into rectangles.
